The original 12-month share lock-up agreements with LION's principal shareholders will expire tomorrow.

LION's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Friedrich von Bohlen, has agreed to voluntarily extend his lock-up period to August 10, 2002.

The stock seems to have "stabilized"<g> at the 19-20 level in the last few weeks.

They reported an increase on sales of 172% in the last Q compared to previous year.And claimed that in spite of their larger loss, their EBIT margin improved by 10 per cent.
