wj, Just listened to the cc, will have to listen to it again as the Q & A part was long and I dozed off due to lack of sleep from the heatwave and missed a few Q.

Some tidbits that I remember...

VCSELs About 6 million this Q. 1 million for internal use for their modules. These optics components cost about 20% as much as the components they will replace and that will result in little push out on adoption. They seem fairly confident that the demand will be there.

Book to bill of these components at 3/1.

Long wave VCSEL on track for q4.

2..5 x 12 G is designed for backplanes are getting designed in now for Jan production..

Don't remember nearly so many firms asking questions in the last call. Lots of people watching EMKR now, even if the thread dooesn't get a lot of traffic.

For the equipment, backlog same as last yr and lots of quoting, longer time thinking it over.

Any one else listen to the call who can share their thoughts. I thought the tone of the call was very good.

There was a question perhaps on new colors, but EMKR wouldn't answer it as the data was too important. Did anyone make this q out? It wasn't very audible?

Also, no change in guidance for the next quarter or the ones after that.
