NTAP's superior relative strength vs EMC is quite apparent in the Point and Figure chart shown below. Am confused when you say "but I'm slowly gaining confidence the bottom is in range. A successful test of the July lows would increase my confidence a lot.". Test of July lows means a 40% drop from NTAP's current valuation, hardly a bottom now. Also what is your feeling on Q report due August 14 after market close? Am trying to decide whether to buy before release of numbers and the CC.
