JFS, What all of you demo/libs call a smirk in his face, is a facial peculiarity from birth that he can do nothing about, but did those three men not deserve the death penalty? Did they receive that penalty under Bush's watch? Frpm the link you provided, he commented on the logical option he had since death without possibility of parole was not available as a punishment. Some criminal commit crimes that are so evil, they should not be permitted to ever return to society, what ever it takes to prevent that.
