ThoughtShare Communications Acquired by Meteor Technologies VANCOUVER, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ - ThoughtShare Communications Inc., a leading provider of knowledge technology solutions, today announced that Meteor Technologies Inc (CDNX:MMI - news) has acquired the remaining 47.6% of ThoughtShare, increasing its ownership to 100% of the Company. In completing the transaction, Meteor has issued 24.3 million shares to current ThoughtShare shareholders. These shares are subject to an 18-month escrow agreement under which 25% of the shares will be immediately released upon receipt of notice from the Canadian Venture Exchange of final acceptance and are subject to a 4-month hold period.
