I think that Global Crossing has a strong chance at being a huge growth company 3 to 5 years down the line. Next quarter and next year don't mean dick. I am long 6,000 shares and I plan on selling at 40 plus in 3 to 4 years.

GX will have to continue spending money to stay competitive. Within the 2003/04 timeframe for example, GX will have to spend on 40 GBIT. What is the depreciation of 11B$ in lit fiber? My guess is that at least 2B$ capex a year is necessary to keep the stuff state of the art.
