Do you think the Jews should have a home land? Any where?

and Sharon is a fascist murderer who started this whole chain of violence last year when he enraged the Palestinians by holding a press conference in front of one of their most sacred temples.

The area is sacred to the Jews as well as the Palestinians. Also holding a press conference is not starting a "chain of violence". The Palestinians may have started it in reaction to a the press conference but the press conference itself was not violent and didn't start or justify violence.

There was no country of Palestine before 1949. There was a British controled area called Palsetine that had Arabs and Jews and included Jordan. The Jews were given part of this area. Then they where attacked and surprisingly won. If it wasn't for the attack then much of what is now Israel would be either part of Jordan or a Palistinian state (but I wouldn't count on the second, when other Arab countries controled the West Bank and Gaza Strip they never tried to turn it in to a Palistinian state.

Terrence,

From my observations, the Israelis offered Arafat tremendous opportunities for
creating a Palestinian Nation. Arafat proved to be the slimeball many thought
him to be when he derailed the peace process. I think Mossad should take out
Arafat and then prepare for war.
