He said that he thought it was wrong for the Govt. to fund any new human destruction. He said that the private community could do what it wants. He said that the legislators of this great country can make that decision because that is how America operates. What is so hard to understand?

CNN reports that 50 % of the population are in agreement with his decision. 25 % are opposed and 25 % unsure.
