trade...yes, otc bb stocks have to file each qtr and year plus any other deamanded filings given certain corporate events. If you are just getting into these stocks i would first learn all you can before doing ANYTHING. these stocks are inherently volatile, are easily manipulated, are sometimes hard to sell if there are no buyers around, and you can lose your shirt in a day on any of them. on the other hand, the efficient mkt theory does not work in a timely manner down here and that's where you can develop an edge. Barchart.com is the best source of charts for otc bb stocks that i have found.
