The entire Mid-East consists of artificial borders, Arab Sheiks who were granted dominion over their fellow Arabs and vast geographical regions solely because they supported the British against the Ottoman Turks. There's one real border, Hawk -- the Jordan. As Faisal Husseini said in his last interview "our strategic goal is Palestine from the river to the sea". It's the natural border for Palestine -- and for Israel, which happens to be in exactly the same place. The argument has always been over how to divvy up one country for two peoples.
