It's gotta be a P4 @ 1.3Ghz(minimum) with SSE2.

I can hardly wait for the toaster interface card.

I heard a similar commentary somewhere stating roughly . . . " I need to upgrade to a cable modem so I'll be able to use my computer like I now use my telephone. or - I need to upgrade to a DSL modem so I'll be able to use my computer like I now use my television"
