Right now they are per minute for 14.4 kbps with essentially more minutes than you can use on nights and weekend. The actual cost to providers is in the pennies per megabit transmitted. So once they start to roll-out there should be unlimited use plans available. If Nextwave gets through the FCC appeal in Sept of their spectrum award, there plan is for a nationwide data only system and they will certainly offer inexpensive plans. Keep watching and hope that the FCC loses its appeal. You will be surfing at 360 k by late 2002!
