I was reminded last night of why I detest the republican right. On Hannity's show on fox once again they paraded ot mark furman of OJ fame as an expert on police work. This is a man who perjured himself in curt and is probably a racist. But because he is a conservative republican hannity who makes a living calling dems liars and morally weak thinks furman is ok. Remember how they supported Ollie North in his election bids. He lied to congress. If either of those men were democrats or moderate republicans they would be skewered by the conservative right as examples of liberals with no integrity or moral compass.
Last night Bush did what all politicians did by refusing to make a real decision. The basic problem is that stem cekll lines are not immortal so he effectively put off making any real decision. If it were Clinton he would be accused this morning of waffeling on the issue.
