The American people cannot be expected to see the democrats as obstructionists when The GOP has NOT MADE the GOP's goals clear. What are they obstructing? Republicans are participating in the spending binge almost as bad as the democrats. We are on track to increase Federal spending 9% Where is the President on that? Is he alarmed? Happy? Who knows, he hasn't said. If the GOP's goal is merely to lop 20% off each new democrat spending scheme then God help us.They deserve to lose in 2002.
