Because it is my belief that when you make the Constitution say what you want it to say, because you think your ends are noble, you make the document ripe to be exploited by people whose ends you might not like. I agree. I appreciate the education. I was totally oblivious to what a stretch the ending of segregation was. At the time it was happening, I wouldn't have given the legal basis a thought. This is going to take some getting used to. Karen
