Steve - You mean the First United defendants made bail?

Did you notice the dates on those docket entries - March and April -- the latest one is mid-April. That's 4 months ago. Mary and Floyd did a thorough job of keeping everybody informed about the First United situation back in March and April. OK, so Mary stepped over the line a few times in attempting to connect the organized crime aspects of the story directly to ASTN, but she still made it a point to publicize it relentlessly for several months after it started. So, to answer your question, the folks who read these message boards are well aware of the story and the fact that ASTN stock (along with the stock of 4 other companies) was manipulated by these folks, who were involved in ASTN's IPO.

But you knew that. Which raises the question why go on the attack NOW with the FUE story from last March and April? It couldn't be that the company's continually improving results at the cash register are causing you a problem, is it? I mean, what is your interest in this Steve? Do you have an interest in this? Does your employer have an interest in this? Or are you just doing this for sport? Please come clean with us.

BTW -- eVWAP traded 3.7 Million revenue shares yesterday, another 1.5 Million today, and about 9 Million for the week. Now that's "current events". Rather odd for a company that's dead (as you put it yesterday) to show steadily increasing volumes on its trading system and to sign up 100 Million shares a day in 2-sided liquidity from major sell-side dealers, don't you think? Oh, that's right, thinking has nothing to do with it.
