Maybe the COMPX will finally break through 1940. The VXN is up strongly. People aren't buying into this decline today, it seems.

If this continues through the day, the complacency indexes will plummet, giving strong sell signals from overbought levels. If there's a rally, the indexes could head up for a short time, but they remain at overbought levels, so the longer-term picture is still bleak.
