Two things...

The video clip may not have been saved to disk.

If the clip has been saved to disk, use FIND, Date Tab, with Previous Day and Created selected.

Expand the FIND window to full screen, click the SIZE column to sort by size, and look for a big file. Click this file to be sure it's the one you want. Right click and delete.

E,
If you didn't select a spot to save it to, it's probably in your Temp folder,
drive letter(probably c):\WINDOWS\TEMP.

When you view a movie like that it is just stored temporarily. You may have had a long download to get the Quicktime plugin for internet explorer so you could view it. Keep it around...you'll be using it in the future I'm sure. Do a search for *.mov (sometimes also in .avi format)or just search for peta. It was a quicktime movie and can also be dumped by just clearing your browsers temporary internet files.

E,
I just watched the clip, it plays from the web page,
the wait was for it to load just to play, not to download
and yeah it is pretty funny.
