The wife's claim would surely have had more credibility if she had not waited two years to make it..... Oh, I don't fault the ruling, I just feel for the guy and everyone like him. It's something we don't think about. If we do think about it, we may not be able to afford it. And even if we execute something, as I did, we don't know if it will hold up in our precise situation.
