Because most of Israel's "targeted killings" do also kill innocent people.

Even if true (and you haven't supported this just asserted it) it would only be morally equivalent to the Palestinian bombings if the intended targets of the killings where usually innocent.

Yes, unfortunately they do, even though the Israelis try not to. That doesn't however make them equivalent to blowing up pizza parlors. What do you expect Israel to do when their intelligence says another bomber is on the way? Do you think it was only because of good luck that Hamas failed to blow up the Maccabiah games, as they had said they were planning to?
