Hans,
With L2 you are one up on me....ggg
I like to refer to my Island Book to get a feel for buying and selling pressure (true, Island Book is only a partial representation of buying and selling interest, but it gives me a good feel anyway)
Haven't been watching KLAC so I can't comment on what you saw. One point I might make is to be careful giving too much weight to what you see on those bids and asks...those are too easily and commonly manipulated IMO...
This is the best I can do as far as an opinion on KLAC...I think you are fine on that one for now (if LONG!):
home.earthlink.net
Best of luck,
Eichler

First - NASDAQ posted mkt sizes are not reliable - at all. They play video games - you get them on the phone and you hear "got bids (or offers - depending on your order) ahead of you" or "it traded" and then it doesn't print.

Second - the old axiom is that "stocks trade to size" - which is counter intuitive - but that is the saying. How much truth there are in any of those cliches (e.g. "markets climb a wall of worry") is debatable.

Normally you would have to pay someone for this information but not these guys:

streetsideinvestor.com

Read everything this guy (Rogan LaBier) has to say about level II and much more. Also, there are many other authors here with advice and tutorials.

Type the words, "Level II" in the search bar up top of the page.

Good trading,
JEB
