I think we are seeing the normal "sell the news" in a weak market response.

They walked the stock down today on very light volume and this has been happening on a lot of stocks I follow. My take is there are just a few more sellers than buyers and the market makers are not supporting stocks in this sector (with good reason). I see it as capitulation from some of the longer term holders of the stock and a 'fairly normal' reaction for the current market environment.

Does anyone else see it differently?

EDIT: that and 25 cent spreads make it pretty easy to move the stock in fairly fast wide swings....
