Marcos: csl.v -- I've spoken with them recently and the concession did expire (on July 22nd I think). But they didn't seem too worried about it. They're still working on a revised business plan -- something to put in the hands of potential investors to raise the funds for the feasibility study. Apparently this should be ready soon. They still seem confident that the funds will materialise once this business plan is completed. We shall see.... Regards, Howy
