LOL! About 65 pounds ago I was running marathons fairly regularly. It's a good idea around here to try to be done with training around daybreak, as what you've had for the last days, we get for ~2 months (Not to trivialize it; at least we have central A/C everywhere). So there I am in a friend's kitchen at 4:20 in the morning with 8 other people, getting ready to run for 2 1/2 hours.
