Intel accused of failure to pay bills
Dozens of liens filed

Tim, I don't what everyone is so upset about...Intel needed the cash to make its quarter. <g> And we needed Intel to make its quarter!

Actually, I think I know what has happened. I think this site was the one where there was a conversion of an existing plant to make more flash for Intel. Remember last year....man, I wish it were last year, I would still have all my profits <g>.....flash was in short supply and Intel was fast tracking a plant conversion in CO.

Well, when you fast track, it can be very expensive...labor becomes time and a half. Midway thru Intel figured they didn't need the plant but when you fast track its very difficult to stop the job and so now, they don't want to pay the huge bills that have accumulated. No proof..just my suspicion from experience.

Nope it is the General Contractor not Intel, the property owner, that has the dispute with the subcontractors who filed the liens.

See this for my explanation:

You know how it is. Money is a little tight with just billions in cash in the bank.
