Gee I thought a breakthru treatment would be worth a lot of money. Go figure. If Uncle Sam won't do for nothin den it don't git done.

Thus once again value does not justify cost. Thousands of other paths of non stem cell research are more valuable.

It like electricity lining the pocket of Gray Davis's friends is more valuable than money going to a nasty private companies by a factor of 4.
