A spectacular main course of economic ignorance garnished with a generous helping of sour grapes. He (George Gilder) along with the horde of Wall Street snake oil salespersons were the principal perpetrators of the telechasm. AG, the regulators, the government, were for the most part bystanders -- perhaps not innocent, but bystanders nonetheless.
