Yousef, Outsource to TSMC?? What do you mean? Chipsets at .35 micron?
I would doubt that the AThlon is outsourced.
I can see any manufacturer grabbing a chance to lock up outsource fab space for whatever applications they see where cost savings can be made, and Chipsets with their large feature size can be fabbed anywhere on older fabs.
