He hates that tape- HATES it. Because his jaw is clenched, his hands grip the steering wheel tightly, and you can tell he is NOT finding this at all amusing. He hates himself on that tape becuase it reminds him how he was not the dad he wants to remember being. EVen though we reassure him that most of the time he was a really cool dad, and that even this time he at least provided us with much entertainment, it doesn't help. Oh, man! I feel his pain. But he didn't burn the tape, huh? Quite a guy. One of my great pieces of Maternal Wisdom, which I received from my mother, was never to do or write anything that you wouldn't want the pastor to see Well, certainly not without properly chosen and placed emoticons anyway. Oh!... :)
