I hold a small position in SWZ currently, and agree with your assessment on the exposure to large cap stocks that may have valuation issues. Recently, there was a brouhaha over an attempt to takeover mgmt of the fund- complete with multiple proxy solicitations of various colors. I didn't care much for the way the outside party played- so voted for the status quo. Overall- my globalization strategy has failed to perform, yet the losses remain tolerable. An occasional trading profit helps keep me in the black- but the lackluster chop of the markets makes even those difficult to come by.
