Yes Bayh is the other, and if he brings Indiana and Ohio, that's a direct steal.

Ask ourself why we're even talking about this. Because it's in the press and most people are already disappointed with and tired of Bush and starting to look beyond him. People are impatient and want to get through the next 3 years to glimpse some hope again. Symbolically and literally we are now led by a dunderhead and a corrupt old oilman with a (cold) heart problem. Outside of Texas let's face it, Bush is a loner and not respected. Even when you see foreign leaders buddying up to him you know they're just trying to make the best of a bad situation. Expect the 2002 elections to reflect this malaise and disappointment. Anyone associated with Bush will have a hard time winning outside the Oil Patch, Deep South and Northern Rockies.
And moderate Republicans who survive will distance themselves further in their campaigning.
