Crossy, What exactly is attractive about QSC? It has a negative book value, virtually no cash (less than $6MM US), and seemingly little of value in the pipeline. Saying that DFA is renowned for anything would seem to be overstating at the minimum. In my opinion, if there is anything of value here then QSC is going to have to raise a ton of money at a brutal valuation. The best bet here is to wait and see if anyone steps up to the plate with $100MM. H
