Barrett is a materials scientist (something like a Chemist). Last I heard this doesn't include economics. At the very least he's shooting in the dark...which is about what most economists do anyway. Thats why I'm confident in saying what I said.
I've seen bubbles and I've seen bubbles. Y2k was a BUBBLE.
R.E. is now a BUBBLE. Bubbles burst even though those with a vested interest like Wall Street would have you believe otherwise. I mean really, look at all the lies perpetuated on the public by so called experts on Wall Street or the financial planners who said "buy the dips for the long run".
