That as you describe is a logical and intelligent way to play that idea.
Since I don't usually throw out potential candidates to play as far as "normal" stocks go, here is a chart a buddy asked me to look at which I find an enticing play from the long side in which the daily and weekly views are both in bullish
mode. This comes from a conservative trader mostly concerned with fundamentals such as PE (waz dat?-ggg)...

From the weekly view, looks like the 62% retrace from the
9/1/00 low to the 1/5/01 high @ about $31 is a reasonable target which corresponds to the extrapolated target following the current upper uptrend line.
And check out that unbelievable money flow indicator on the daily.....wow! It's all green....green like money! ggg
