Joe Battapaglia was on cnbc a lot during the bubble. Why hasn't CNBC had him back on since most of his opinions were based on bubblemania? Shouldn't guys like him who have too good of a tan to have done real research be back on tv when their prior statement are shown to be devoid of standard vertebrate neuronal activity?

Ted - Re:" ... you guys are gonna get rate reductions as there will be too MUCH power"

I don't know about rate reductions - maybe/maybe not. But the fear factor has subsided and the availability of power is no longer an issue.

As for Gray Davis, I don't know where he is - I just hope that he ISN'T in Sacramento 2 years from now.

RE:"Last I heard on the radio this morning... you guys are gonna get rate reductions as there will be too MUCH power?"

You don't believe everything you hear over the airwaves do you?
