Bill we have to look to the 4th qtr. of this yr. and into 2nd qtr.of next yr. as being tough times. Recovery will come but, it could start sometime next yr. after the 2nd qtr.in 2002 and into 2003.

And i think that bank index is going too just a matter of timing.

Bill - I was told this personally by an Oracle manager in January - at that time, only with the personal approval of Larry Ellison himself could anyone get newly hired at Oracle.
