wanna, I mean the type of restructuring that comes from an ouside force, like a takeover. What they have done so far is a tame retsructuring. It does not go far enough, too many sacred cows. Compaq has the same problem.
Their improved execution does not seem very good, esp with the debacle of the premature P-4 release.
