You're right ... The key really is customer demand. Prices drive
some of the demand, but much of it is driven by customer perception
of performance, support, reliability, and software/hardware compatibility.
This is particularly true on the business side. Investors of AMD need
to be aware that while a few "gamers" love AMD, business side is still
an INTC "thingy".<ggg>
