Hi jane,

I think I will just hold my ILA and hope that those guys are as sharp as they seemed to me to be. I realize that this electricity/natural gas trading business can be highly speculative but they seem to have made big personal and financial commitments to it. If Governor Grey of California and the people he works with are so dumb as to take state bond money, buy power at top rates, and sell it back cheap, somebody must be making the money off it. Not that this ties in directly with Aquila, as far as I know. But it does look like shuttling power back and forth will be a big business, what with different crises hitting different parts of the country at different times.
