Yousef, What fab tech do they have that will enable the to do SOI? Possibly they will licence from IBM when they see it written on the wall? Maybe they will do work for others with the SOI permissions?

All the low end, commodity FABs are using bulk Si as their process while all the high end, high performance FABs are going with SOI.

Missing the industry's move to SOI looks like a bigger mistake than Intel's move to rambus.
