They only exist if you draw the boundaries in the right place. The only accurate truth is that everyone is a minority of one [clones, identical twins notwithstanding]. How brown are you? Or are you in a height minority or some other minority? Good enough to get taxpayer money? If you could add great gender to colour, you'd be able to get special spectrum bidding rights [among other special treatment]. Having an ancestor who walked across the Bering Strait when the tide was out gets you money even without extra pigment doesn't it? I wonder what DNA tests they have to prove that your ancestors made the trip. DNA tests are getting good, so they should be able to pin down a common gene somewhere. Of course, other people will soon figure that scam out and they'll be going to get that gene clipped into their childrens' genomes so they can get to be specially-favoured in the USA separate development [or do they call it apartheid or good old "segregation"] regime. Melanin genes should be easy to add too. Good luck with you and CB getting the unapproved-non-minority-DNA taxpaying slaves to work for you and getting apartheid up and running. You'll have to make genetic engineering illegal and stop people interbreeding, which is very difficult as young people seem to not understand the importance of those wonderful genetic differences that minorities and majorities cherish so much - they keep on getting randy and romantic with people not from their own tribe.
