hj, great article! the going was so good that lame talent rose to the top and didn't know what to do. btw, i worked for a private company that was sold to a public company for $200 million in stock. let's just say that was at least $195 million too much. anyway, the buyer divested itself of that whole business segment. ha ha ha ha ha! talk about not knowing what you are doing! btw, that $200 million in stock is now worth about $4 million. that is about $4 million too much. -ng- actually, they ought to liquidate the company and return cash to shareholders. imho, they are just trying to keep their fat salaries at this point.
