Hands, Yeah, Roscoe was a terrific server, but his ground game prevented him from winning a major. Becker was the "Mankind/Cactus Jack/Mick Foley/Dude Love" of tennis. He would definitely punish his body to win. And that is why his reign at the top, though glorious, was short-lived.

Right now, I actually find women's tennis more exciting. No more little chubbettes playing pitty-pat. Not to say that the champions of the past were like that, but previously, many times the first 3 rounds were champs against pitty-patters. They just couldn't stand up to a driven machine like Martina or Billy Jean or Chris Evert or even like the much-villified Margaret Court, who was a great player who just happened to let an old guy psych her out. But now the entire field of a major tournament is loaded with specimens, some of whom look pretty good, too.
