<Now you suggest Dallas Houston and Denver are not cosmopolitan>

I'm talking about YOU, not any city or country in the World. Let me provide for you the Webster's New World Dictionary Definition of "cosmopolitan", since you are very far removed from the meaning of the term:

1. "common to or representative of all or many parts of the world."
2. "not bound by local or national habits or prejudices; at home in all places."

It was this second sense in which I was contrasting myself from you.

<I don't feel teaching gay sexual practices in school that I'm gay bashing!>

The NYC Board of Ed. does not teach "sexual practices" as you dogmatically think. What it does teach is tolerance for alternative lifestyles.

I find that you (along with GATA) try to use the power of polarization as an organizing tool. By blaming the low POG on the CB's and Bankers of the World, GATA found a convenient scapegoat that helped build memberships and raise funds.

Polarization is based on the premise that there are good guys and bad guys. If the low POG results from bad people, then the solution, according to you and GATA, is to punish those bad people and make them pay for the damage they caused. Any solution that allows the so-called bad guys to prosper is ruled out by you and GATA as immoral. I find this to be very superficial and reveals a profound lack of understanding of the dynamics of the Gold Market.

Moreover, you possess this warped sense that going long Gold stocks presupposes a politically conservative world view. That is absolutely ludicrous and reveals how "long-gone" you actually are. Investors/Traders go long or short gold stocks for one primary purpose: Profit. Technical and/or fundamental analysis is used by most to make such a decision.

This is not to deny that Gold is a "political metal." But that is an element that is factored into the fundamental analysis by Investors/Traders.
