It is the sad state of affairs that shareholders frequently play a game with management of Heads you win, Tails I lose. I have never looked back since selling my shares in this one. Good luck but I dont know that this is worth holding on to. obviously if the price gets reduced to .03 then management can sell a few more shares and make some money.
