LPS5, It should be noted that merely moving ones' bids and offers around does not, in and of itself, constitute tape painting. Duly noted, but I never intended to suggest that it was. What I perhaps failed to make clear is that my perception was the that number of trades going off at the ask indicated a lot of buying pressure, and yet the ask kept pushing lower and lower, and staying there. This was clearly not the occasional small trader shoving a few hundred shares in front of the best offer. As for the rest.. appreciate the explanation of the audit measures in place. Dan
