Ed, to be honest with you I don't know. It's a mixture of business, politics and legalese. I read that we export in the neighborhood of $10 billion a year and I'm sure a 20% tax will kill jobs in both of our countries. BTW: Not surprisingly the legal battle is far from over, the National Post also reported the Canadian government will continue to argue its case under the rules of NAFTA. Looks like the lawyers are the only ones that keep their jobs. Regards Frank P.
