Agreed... But I think they are getting costs under control and streamlining their operations and workforce. That should stem much of the bleeding of cash.

I purchased some at .20, in the belief that most folks have already predicted that a reverse split was coming down the pike (I've been expecting one), and that this expectation has already been factored into the stock.

Besides, I believe mmkrs and institutions hold a ton of this stock at this level (someone had to buy it) and they will be looking to support higher prices. The Williams financing has hopefully placed a floor under the stock at .16/share and created a "patron" that will help to nurture the company into higher growth.

So the question is whether we're looking at the potential of justifying a $3-4/share price, and what the company management has in mind to increase revenues.

Note that the CFO (usually the second strongest position in the company) is someone who has experience in storage and archiving, both part of what I believe are the "next step" for technology sector themes.

We have a ton of bandwidth that has been built out. Now they need the means of fully utilizing it by providing value added services to consumers willing to pay for it. I still believe we'll see "pay per view" broadband video being made available within the next 12-24 months. That will require video servers and expertise in storage and streaming.

And I agree with you about Williams. They put quite a chunk of change into the company. I don't expect them to permit it to lanquish.

Continue to watch CCUR and other video streaming hardware companies. They will set the stage for companies like IBEM.
