I think you should realize that TA is a way of increasing your odds in the market, IMO. While it is the method I rely on more than most, there is no way it will give you definite answers to your question. However, it will give you likely areas for support and resistance, no doubt about it. For starters, to find the likely area of support on this present downturn you must look at a chart. Look for areas of previous support, draw trendlines to see if you have a pattern of rising or descending lows. There are a million methods of TA, start by looking at charts for the 2 things I mentioned, you will be surprised how valid TA can be.
