Techpacific Posts Q2 Net Loss of US$10.54 Mln Aug 10, 2001 - 18:20:05 HKT Quamnet News Service Techpacific.com (8088) said it posted a net loss of US$10.54 million in the second quarter through June, compared with a net profit of US$280,000 a year earlier. The bottom line included a provision of US$7 million for devaluation in its investment portfolio and some bad debt writeoffs. Second-quarter revenue, meantime, rose 32 percent to US$2.29 million year on year.
